Let Your Smile Shine

Sometimes your mouth may be healthy enough, but your smile just isn’t the smile that you desire. Maybe your teeth just aren’t as white as you would like them to be. Maybe the shape of your teeth is unusual. Maybe you have gaps between your teeth. Maybe you just want a different look than the smile that grew in after you shed your baby teeth. Cosmetic dentistry can help with all these problems, increasing your confidence and your satisfaction with your appearance every time you smile at the mirror.

Teeth Whitening

Bright, white smiles are an oral health goal for the majority of people we know. If you’re one of them, we’d love to help you achieve this goal with our professional whitening solutions. A dazzling white smile can be yours whether your teeth have been stained by coffee, tea, soda, red wine, colorful foods, tobacco use, or medications. In most cases, it’s possible to reveal a smile that is several shades whiter in one treatment, and seeing the immediate improvement in the confidence of our patients makes this one of our favorite treatments to provide.

Professional dental whitening treatments through our office, in addition to generally working much better than drugstore products, are safe and effective. You can have peace of mind knowing that the products we use are safe and less likely to cause sensitivity, or uneven results that don’t last long.

Veneers

Veneers are thin strips of porcelain that are permanently attached to the front of teeth to dramatically improve or change the appearance of your smile. Veneers can close gaps, reshape teeth, change the visible tooth to gum ratio, and radically rework the appearance of your teeth.

While the process of having veneers applied to your teeth can be extensive, the results can be similarly dramatic. If you want to radically change the look of your smile, please call the office for a consultation on if veneers are the right choice for you.

Bonding

If you have discolored teeth or small gaps between your teeth, bonding may be just the solution you need to improve the look of your smile. While less extensive than veneers, bonding can cause remarkable transformations as well.

In bonding, tooth colored resin is attached (bonded) to the front of teeth with a UV light. The result is reshaped and recolored teeth. Bonding can build a beautiful result with less work in the mouth than veneers.

Bonding can also be done at the tooth root when receding gums have exposed enough root to cause noticeable sensitivity. Bonding resin at the root protects it from exposure to the air and hot or cold foods, and it can measurably reduce sensitivity caused by root exposure.
